1A Class Assembly - Raksha Bandhan

"Brothers and sisters are as close as hands and feet" The students of Class 1A presented a special assembly on the theme "Raksha Bandhan." The assembly began with a warm welcome from the hosts. The day celebrated the bond of love and protection between brothers and sisters. The children explained the significance of Raksha Bandhan and why it is celebrated. They performed a vibrant dance to the song "Oh Behna Meri Behna," further emphasizing the brother-sister bond. Through dance, the children re-enacted the rituals of the festival, such as tying the rakhi, giving a return gift, and making the promise to protect and cherish the sibling bond.
