2B Class Assembly – Leadership

"Leadership is not about being in charge. It’s about taking care of those in your charge."

The assembly held on July 30, 2024, at NPS – Marathahalli by grade 2B focused on the theme of ‘Leadership.’ The assembly aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of leadership principles and practices, exploring various aspects of effective leadership, including strategies for personal and organizational growth. Keynote speakers shared insights on leadership styles, challenges, and the role of emotional intelligence. It sought to inspire and equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to become effective leaders. Participants gained valuable insights into different leadership styles and their practical applications. The assembly concluded with a mesmerising dance performance to enhance leadership skills among attendees.
