At NPS Marathahalli, Grade 4C presented a vibrant assembly to mark National Reading Day on 25 June 2025. The programme began with a warm welcome by the anchors and an insightful introduction to the day, celebrated in honour of P. N. Panicker, the father of Kerala’s library movement. A student delivered an inspiring speech on how reading unlocks realms of imagination and knowledge. This was followed by a lively, rhythmic poem praising the magic of books. Students then led the school in affirmations that celebrated books as trusted friends and reading as a valued habit. The event concluded on an uplifting note, with the anchors extending heartfelt Reading Day wishes. The assembly was enriching, engaging, and truly celebrated the transformative power of reading.
